• "Trading Signals" refers to automated or manual recommendations, alerts, or notifications related to cryptocurrency trading sent via our Trading Bot or other channels.

3. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

3.1 United States Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in accordance with Florida state law and applicable federal law.

3.2 CIS Countries Users

For users located in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and other CIS member states, the following additional provisions apply:

• These Terms comply with international consumer protection standards and local regulations where applicable

• Electronic services are provided in accordance with international standards for digital commerce

• Users must comply with their local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading and financial services

• Currency exchange and international payment processing are subject to applicable banking regulations

• Personal data processing complies with both US privacy standards and applicable CIS data protection requirements

3.3 General Jurisdiction

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading regulations vary by jurisdiction and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your local mandatory consumer protection laws, such local laws shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

• • 24/7 signal generation (subject to service availability)
• • SHORT-only trading signals focused on downward market movements
• • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled
• • No guarantee of signal frequency, accuracy, or profitability

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ARE OWNED BY LATURINE LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit our Content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of your account.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or sharing of proprietary content.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATURINE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

11.2 Binding Arbitration (US Users)

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Florida, USA. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

11.3 CIS Users Dispute Resolution

For users in CIS countries, disputes may be resolved through: (a) direct negotiation with the Company, (b) mediation services, or (c) applicable local dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with local consumer protection laws. International commercial arbitration may be used for cross-border disputes.
