1. GENERAL NO-REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY STATED IN SECTION 2 BELOW, LATURINE LLC DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Due to the nature of our digital products and services, which provide immediate access to proprietary content, trading strategies, and real-time signals, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
2. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy complies with US consumer protection laws and Florida state regulations.
Digital products and services are non-refundable except as explicitly stated.
No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction, trading losses, or change of mind.

3. TRADING COURSE REFUND - LIMITED EXCEPTION
3.1 Refund Eligibility
The ONLY refund available is for the Live Trading Course ($1,219.99) and ONLY if:
- • You have NOT yet attended the first lesson
- • The first lesson has NOT been scheduled
- • You have NOT received any course materials or content
- • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
3.2 No Refund After Course Commencement
ONCE THE COURSE HAS BEGUN, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
The course is considered to have "begun" when ANY of the following occur:
- The first lesson has been scheduled with a specific date and time
- You have attended or participated in any lesson or instructional session
- You have received access to course materials, recordings, or proprietary content
- You have received direct instruction, coaching, or trading guidance
- You have missed a scheduled lesson (whether you attended or not)
3.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund for an uncommenced course:
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
- Include your full name, email address, order number, and payment confirmation
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
- We will verify that no lessons have been scheduled or delivered
- If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
3.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
NO REFUNDS will be provided in the following situations:
- After the first lesson has been scheduled or conducted
- If you miss scheduled lessons (no-shows are not eligible for refunds)
- If you are dissatisfied with course content after attending any portion
- If you fail to complete the course
- If you are unable to apply the strategies or achieve desired results
- If you experience trading losses after completing the course
- If you violate our Terms of Service
- If you share course content with unauthorized parties
4. TRADING BOT SUBSCRIPTION - NO REFUNDS
4.1 Strict No-Refund Policy
TRADING BOT SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
By subscribing to our Trading Bot service ($219.99/month), you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be provided for any reason
- No prorated refunds will be given for partial month usage
- No credits or compensation will be provided for unused time
- You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to use the service
4.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Trading Bot subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent months
- No refund will be provided for the current billing period
- No refund will be provided for unused days within the billing period
5. NO PERFORMANCE-BASED REFUNDS
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS BASED ON TRADING PERFORMANCE, LOSSES, OR RESULTS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- We are NOT responsible for any trading losses you incur
- Trading losses do NOT entitle you to a refund of course or subscription fees
- Past performance does not indicate future results
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences
6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
6.1 Chargeback Policy
INITIATING A CHARGEBACK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:
- Your access to ALL services will be IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY terminated
- Your account will be flagged and banned from future purchases
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs and damages
- You may be liable for chargeback fees, legal fees, and other costs
6.2 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you MUST:

- Provide detailed information about the issue
- Allow us 5-7 business days to investigate and respond
- Attempt to resolve the matter in good faith
